The pub is easy to get to, with plenty of free on-site parking available.

The Benett Arms is a 17th century free house situated in the picturesque village of Semley, located near the border of Wiltshire and Dorset. 

It is conveniently and centrally located to many historic and idyllic sites and locations and surrounded by rolling hills and protected areas.

Transportation from a nearby rail station in Tisbury makes getting there easy if one chooses not to take the leisurely less than two hour drive from London, or less than hour drive from the coastal areas of Bournemouth or Weymouth.

Once here, Your meeting or event can take place in our Marquee, which can sit 70 comfortably, our beer garden, with virtually unlimited space available, or our private dining area for more intimate gatherings where we can easily accommodate 30-40 people.

We will decorate and design your event to your unique specifications. 

From fancy to practical our event specialists will work according to your budget and we always desire to provide the perfect venue to match your needs.

Our drinking solutions are also customized to your needs. Your guests can order directly from our bar, or you can decide on an open bar, or we can provide bar service in the event space. We even have a mobile bar which we can bring to you! We have a wide range of ales, lagers, and beers, along with wines and spirits to match every taste. As with the rest of our event planning, we will work with you to ensure you have the beverage solution which best suits your needs.

We offer a wide variety of menus. From formal sit down meals to buffets. You will work with our event specialists and Chef to create your ideal dining solution.

The Benett Arms also affords you the ability to stay on site. We have four bookable rooms, which can accommodate a total of 9 guests. We can create a package rate for you, or you can block out rooms for your guests to book at a discount. Once again, we will customize our offerings to suit you and your preferences.

All our rooms include a full English breakfast.
